How to request deletion
To request deletion of your HandOut account and associated data, email hello@batalearner.edu.ng from the email address you use with HandOut and use the subject line: HandOut account deletion.
In your message, include your HandOut account email and any relevant details that help us locate your account (for example your display name). Do not attach sensitive documents.
Verification and processing
We will verify your request to protect you from unauthorized deletions. Once verified, we will process deletion of your account and associated personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
What may be retained
We may retain certain information where required by law, to comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate security needs (for example fraud prevention, abuse detection, or maintaining system integrity), as described in our Privacy Policy.
